Dear Gaia,

I would like to thank you for the interesting week we spent in Piemonte region.

Personally, I feel that I greatly benefited from this week, which opened channels for cooperation with local enterprises in the field of tourism in Piemonte. In fact, I am already applying goals and using contacts as a result of the workshop. I intend to visit the Piemonte region again in October.

The local tourism authorities have done their best to make our stay in Piemonte pleasant and to maximize our exposure to the region and to local businesses in the short time we had. But contrary to my expectations, representatives of some of the region's tourism companies did not participate, and for that I regret.

The work done by the Chamber of Commerce, to advance commerce and tourism between Israel and Italy, is commendable. I must state that your efforts, Gaia, the work you do out of commitment to the goal of advancing the relations between the nations and your unique and charming character, greatly contribute to the advancement of the working relations and personal friendship between ourselves and the people of Italy, and with the good people at the Chamber of Commerce as intermediators.

I will welcome further activities, and will be happy to participate and assist in any efforts done in the name of advancing the relations between the two countries.
